This policy explains what information Nonprofit Sheets ("we") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. The site is owned and operated by Scout Digital LLC.
What we collect
- Email address, when you sign up for an extended template, our newsletter or the Premium Kit waitlist, along with where you signed up.
- Purchase information, when you buy the Premium Kit. Payment is processed by our checkout provider; we do not see or store your card details.
- Usage data through Google Analytics, unless you opt out: pages viewed, downloads and similar events.
- Server logs kept by our web host for security, such as IP address and browser type.
The templates and the S corp calculator run on your own computer or in your browser. We do not collect the numbers you enter.
How we use it
- To send the template you asked for and a short series of follow-up emails with tips and information about the Premium Kit.
- To deliver your purchase and provide support.
- To understand which templates are useful and improve the site.
Our mailing list is managed by MailerLite. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics cookies to understand which pages and templates are useful. You can opt out at any time with the "Opt out" button in the footer of any page; this turns off Google Analytics in your browser and deletes its cookies. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an opt-out automatically. You can also install Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site (web hosting, email, checkout and analytics), and only as needed for them to provide those services, or if required by law.
Retention
We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Purchase records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting purposes.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe, ask what information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it by emailing hello@nonprofitsheets.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy laws.
Children
This site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13.
Changes
We will update this page if our practices change and revise the date above.
